Just finished 2 books about the Titanic (A Night to Remember by Walter Lord, and Ghosts of the Titanic by Charles Pellegrino), a new biography of Eisenhower (Eisenhower: In War and Peace), and a great book by a Holocaust survivor called Love in a Time of Sorrow by Fanya G. Heller.
Also reading Food Cures by Joy Bauer.

I'm just reading an autobiography by Shaina Twain called: From this moment. All about her life from childhood onwards, how she grew up in dire poverty, lost her parents in a car crash and how from there she found Stardom. Quite a life.

One of my particular hobbies is reading Holocaust literature. Elie Weisel once said that listening to the memories of a Holocaust survivor is being a witness. I feel that by reading the poems, life histories and literature that I'm also being a witness. And now I have my daughter reading the same books. I feel it's important to pass these things down to the next generation.
And no I'm not Jewish.
