Pet jerky treat death toll: 360 dogs, 1 cat, FDA saysBy JoNel Aleccia, NBC NewsToby, a 6-year-old Boston terrier, died in May after his owners say he was sickened by chicken jerky pet treats made in China. Why the hell are we importing turkey from Communist CHINA? Did we run out of turkeys in the USA?

We're not, we're importing animal snacks made of turkey. They probably buy our turkeys, then manufacture the snacks and ship them back to us more profitably (cheaper) than we could ever make them in our government taxed and regulated union companies.

I suspect more people than that have died from food poisoning in the last 18 months. Any idea how many dogs and cats there are in this country? I'm thinking this story is being pushed by one of our pet food manufacturers, LOL. Probably a union one.
