Re: The 5 People You Meet in Heaven - I never read the book, but I saw the movie on TV a few years ago. It was really cool. I think I'm going to get a copy and read it - the books are usually more detailed and better than the movies based on them.

"The Lovely Bones" By Alice Seybold is a pretty good book.
Right now I'm reading something from an author I've never heard of before, but the title of the book captured my interest. It's called "The Summer Affair." When I get done reading it, I'll give more info on the author, and whether I'd recommend it or not. So far, it's really good.

Has anyone read "The Help"? There's a movie coming out next year, and I have a friend who read it and she said she liked it, but her taste and mine are VASTLY different. Read it and loved it.

I have read thousands of books in my lifetime, but I would, if pressed, have to say that "Of Human Bondage," by Somerset Maugham is the best book, excepting the Bible, that I have ever read. I think it will have special appeal to you women out there! Peace, OHD
